Mai Cargill, a devoted, results-oriented, strategic-thinking leader, is the CEO and co-founder of RRelocate. She oversees all aspects of RRelocate, including the vision, strategic direction, growth, and performance of the company. She came to the U.S. as an international student in 2017. She works for a U.S. recruitment company to locate talent for companies, including E-commerce, Distributor, and Manufacturing. She also consults Vietnamese students and their parents on how to develop overseas studying plans and find a job in the U.S. market. Before moving to the U.S., she was a senior talent acquisition manager for Abbott Vietnam. In this role, she was in charge of defining the hiring strategy to find executive-level talent for four businesses in Vietnam, including Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Vascular businesses. In addition, she also handled different APAC recruitment projects for Abbott. Prior to Abbott, she was a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Robert Walters Vietnam and an Account Manager for Navigos Group. She earned a master’s degree in Human Resources Management at DePaul University in Chicago, USA.

Thomas Cargill

Thomas Cargill is the Aviation Student Advisor at RRelocate LLC. Before this company, Thomas served as Director of Maintenance of Sandpiper Turbine, LLC. In this management role, he is responsible for managing the Sandpiper Turbine business, including operation, aircraft maintenance, expanding strategies, and customer relationship activities delivered through the aviation business.
Prior to becoming Director of Maintenance of Sandpiper Turbine, Thomas held more than 20 years of Aerospace Experience. He has led teams of experienced engineers dedicated to providing effective end-to-end solutions to clients.
He received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation from Cochise College.

Christian Routin, MBA

Christian Routin is Managing Partner and Cross-cultural Coach of RRelocate LLC. A “rare blend of talent, experience, and personal background”, he is the most sought-after cross-cultural coach in Vietnam. At RRelocate LLC, he focuses on bringing the best of our team’s cross-cultural coaching and solutions to our clients and helping them achieve their goals. He was born in Saigon, where he grew up until nine before moving to France. His first culture and language are Vietnamese because his Vietnamese family raised him. He grew up with a blended culture, including French, Vietnamese, and Italian. Before settling down in Vietnam for 23 years, he lived and worked in France, and other European and Asian countries for over 20 years. He has been working as a cross-cultural, soft skills and happiness consultant, trainer, executive coach, speaker, and facilitator for the last 11 years. He is a world expert in Vietnamese working culture. He partnered with 30 leading international training companies, 14 local companies, and served 190 leading global companies. Prior to this role, he was a Linguistic Attaché for the French embassy in Hanoi, Senior Account Recruiting Manager for NavigosGroup, Head of Business Unit for Officience, a French BPO company, and the founder of two companies in Europe. He graduated with two Masters in Business Administration and Political Science from Paris University. He is living and working in Vietnam.

Prior to that Ryan helped grow Rivian Automotive from 700-15,000 employees, where he helped oversee the Hardware engineering recruitment. Ryan was also a Volleyball coach for over 30 years and had the opportunity to coach an Olympian and several All-Americans. Phuong (Tessie) Benner

Consulting Director, Recruiting Services

Tessie brings over 12 years of expertise in Recruitment and HR Operations garnered from renowned multinational corporations, including Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, ManpowerGroup USA, and Prudential Vietnam Assurance. She has handled diverse roles across various industries in the USA and Viet Nam, as well as recruited candidates from Vietnam, UK, India, and Saudi Arabia, giving her a broad perspective of the global recruitment industry. Tessie’s journey is marked by remarkable accomplishments. As a former Lead Recruiter for Manpower Engineering, USA, in a span of 22 months, she successfully secured 173 placements for Zoox, an Amazon subsidiary based in Silicon Valley. In Viet Nam, Tessie led a recruitment team in a monumental 3-year RPO project for Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical LLC, filling 718 positions in 2.5 years, showcasing her prowess in both volume recruiting and high-level placements. She earned her Master of Business Administration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Mercer University, Atlanta GA in 2019. She is living and working in California, USA.

Dr. Mary Cargill

Along with Doctorate in educational leadership, Dr.Cargill has well experienced in Arts and site director in the education industry. She spent 20 years in various leadership positions including Interim Principal at Arizona Conservatory for Arts and Academics, Phoenix, AZ, Site Director at Excel Education Centers, Flagstaff and Williams AZ, and Principal K-12/Special Education Director at Omega Alpha Academy Sierra Vista and Douglas Charter School. She was also an Educational Consultant / Program Evaluator Training for Education Today. During her career, she took responsibility for overall effective recruitment/orientation of students, all educational assessments, enforcing campus safety, and instructed K-12 students in all areas of visual arts. As well as she advised teachers in lesson planning and instructional delivery to align curriculum with academic standards and ensure a project-based hands-on approach for progressive student achievement. Chris Kado, MBA

Chris is a Senior Partner in rrelocate.com’s Florida office. For over eight years, Chris has supported students across the globe in fulfilling their college aspirations. Chris started as a college admissions consultant, where he helped community college students reduce their loan obligations by constructing comprehensive transfer strategies, maximizing the use of CLEP and AP credits, and scoring scholarships.
During his graduate studies at Harvard, Chris held numerous roles in education, including working as a research assistant and advising students on the college admissions process. Chris holds extensive experience in essay development and preparation for the SAT and SAT Subject Tests. His guidance has enabled students to gain admission into diverse programs at institutions including UC Berkeley, Princeton, University of Chicago, and Duke.

Ryan has over 24 years of experience in IT Network, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Technology, Telecommunication, etc. in Water Treatment, Telecommunication, and E-business Solution Industry in general and specifically in the Bay Area, CA. He has a proven ability to implement technology-based solutions for business problems, improve, and implement procedures of cost reduction in IT infrastructure. He is also capable of designing, implementing, and management of network infrastructure (I.E. disaster recovery). He has been building all the Telecommunication Systems, Building Security, Cyber Security, Ultimate Security, and Software Development for Industrial Water Treatment. Revolutionize the industrial water treatment with the mobile application, wrote the book and documentation on how to migrate a Windows directory to Linux system.
